What is included in the Management Service?

  • Rental Valuation – free rental valuations
  • Safety certificates – Need to have a valid Gas & Safety certificates, if not we can provide this
  • Viewings – We provide viewings to your property 7 days a week
  • Tenancy agreements – Assured short hold tenancies written up
  • Guarantors ‐ obtain signed guarantors, which guarantees payment of rent if the tenant fails to pay
  • Inventories – checklists of all items inside the property at the beginning of the tenancy and continuous checks during the tenant is occupying the property
  • Rent Collection – Collect the rent monthly, quarterly in advance or standing order. This is then paid directly to you, less our fees. However we cannot not always guarantee rent will paid on time, we will chase rent arrears or guarantors if necessary
  • Deposit – Deposits taken to cover any damages and placed in a Government deposit scheme
  • Inspections – Inspect the property on a regular basis to check if it is in satisfactory condition
  • Maintenance – Any problems with your property will be noted and a jobs list will be sent to yourself. We can also source qualified workmanship to carry out the work for you on your behalf
